1.1. Teaching Method

This chance, I will tell you about Pedagogic in CBSUA. teachers in CBSUA used the Student-learning approach. that's mean student must be active in a learning process. before the teachers started the class, the teacher will be asked about the previous lesson. the teachers also give motivation to the students, before they started the lesson. the motivation's purpose is to make the student fresh and ready to learn that day. the teachers also ask the question after explaining to the students, if they are understood or not. if not the teachers will explained again.

this is Ma'am Shiela and Ma'am jammy while they are taught Grade 7 and Grade 10.

1.2. Learning Materials and Innovation

from what I see when I've observed the teachers teach in the class, they always find something new for the learning process. they tried to make a learning process fun and not bored. But still, the students can catch what the teachers told them. The teachers always help the students if they do not understand the instruction that teachers give.

1.3. Sources of Learning and Technology

Teachers in CBSUA in Sipocot used a laptop, and Projector to show the material of their lesson. they often used a picture, video and powerpoint presentation for the learning process. because the subject is English, they used full English for the learning process. I'm so proud of them. they're fluent when they speak English. I wish Indonesian students can speak English fluently especially in english subjects.

1.4. Authentic Assesment

in CBSUA, the teachers will give the student assessment after the learning process, it can be group assessment or individual assessments. it made them more understand about the lesson that day.
